Clime-it Brothers - Window Display

May 2014    Popup Shop Design

Window display for the Camden Collective Pop-Up Shop at 69 Camden High Street as part of the Camden Create Festival. The space was occupied by Clime-it Brothers a Socially Driven Clothing Brand who were in the space for a week, I had 2 weeks after meeting them to design, build and set up the window display.

Based on climate change and rising water levels, the idea is when looking in the window you will see the reflection of yourself and the high street as if it is under water. Creating an impact and making people think for a minute.

Somewhere to_ Pop-up Department Store

Nov 2012    Pop up Shop Design

I worked with Somewhere to_ on the design for a Pop-Up Department Store that opened for one weekend in Brick Lane. I worked with 20 designer/ makers who were selling at the Pop Up-to ensure that the space fitted their requirements. I worked from the design through to the construction and set up of the space, dividing the space into four departments Jewellery, Clothing, Homeware & Graphics, making bespoke signage and shelving.

Livity Video-booth Competition

Sep 2013    3D Design

Quick design done in a day for a competition to design a video booth for the Livity Office.

[Design Brief]

We are building a video booth in the Livity office, a dedicated space that will allow young journalists and YouTube stars of the future to offload their thoughts, stories and ideas to camera and instantly create video content to share with the world.

Design specifications:

  • The target audience for the booth is 14-24 year olds interested in making video content or having their voice heard.

  • It needs to feel fun, quirky and inviting - we want people to feel attached to it and love using it!

  • Booth capacity - should hold one comfortably, three people at a real squeeze!

  • Dimension - No higher than 3m

  • Needs to include something to show if it is in use/occupied

  • Must include a standard door that opens outwards

After winning the competition I was asked to work with them as project designer to develop the design. I went to meet with them at there office, saw the space and talked through some ideas. I was then given an updated brief and a few days to develop the design.

I then met with Livity's graphic designer to talk through some changes
